Registered teams will be able to request additional runners from a list that will be assembled by the Race Co-ordinator. Team Limit: Thirty (35) Teams. All accepted teams will be mailed a race information kit including Team Race Plan, Traffic & Safety Rules, Race Rules and Team Protest Form. Those teams not accepted will be put on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available.

Team Composition: Each team should consist of a maximum of 10 runners and a minimum of 5 runners. Substitutions are permitted, but a female may only be substituted by another female, except on an open team. Mixed teams must have at least FOUR stages run AND COMPLETED by female runners. Corporate teams must have a minimum of 6 stages run AND COMPLETED by members of the same corporation. Masters = 40+ on day of race. Categories may vary depending on entries received.

Early Entry Fee: (deadline March 1, 2012) $650.00 (incl. GST) per team; includes souvenir garment - Performance fabric shirt.

Race Information Packages: All accepted teams will be mailed a Race Information Package which will include race rules, traffic and safety rules, leg descriptions, pre and post-race festivities, etc. It is the responsibility of the Team Captain to pass on the information to his/her team members. Team Race Plan must be submitted to the Race Director two weeks prior to the race. (May 20, 2012)

BC Athletics Member Discount: For each team member with B.C. Athletics Recreation, Competitive or Masters membership, or equivalent from another province or state, $3 may be discounted from the entry fee.
